Terms of Service
These terms apply to the ChartTogether website and application.
Using ChartTogether
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use ChartTogether only in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for activity under your account and for managing access within organizations you administer.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit to ChartTogether. You grant ChartTogether the limited permission necessary to host, process, display, export, and share that content as directed by you and your organization.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed for songs, lyrics, chord charts, files, and other material you upload, reproduce, share, or export.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, violate another person’s rights, or use ChartTogether for unlawful activity. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users.
Organizations and integrations
Organization administrators control membership and permissions for their teams. Third-party services such as Planning Center have their own terms and policies. ChartTogether is not responsible for changes, interruptions, or actions taken by third-party services.
Service availability
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features. ChartTogether is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law, without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability and termination
To the extent permitted by law, ChartTogether will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, or profits resulting from use of the service. You may stop using ChartTogether at any time, and we may terminate access for a material violation of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms as ChartTogether evolves. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
