Information we collect

We collect the account information you provide, such as your name and email address, along with the songs, charts, setlists, notes, preferences, organizations, and other content you create or share through ChartTogether.

When you connect Planning Center, we receive the information needed to provide the integration, including authorized organization, song, service, schedule, and plan information. We also collect basic technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve ChartTogether, authenticate users, support collaboration, synchronize authorized Planning Center content, respond to requests, prevent misuse, and maintain the security and reliability of the service.

How information is shared

Content may be visible to other members of an organization according to their access permissions. We use service providers, including hosting, database, authentication, and infrastructure providers, to operate ChartTogether. We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer. Planning Center data is handled according to the permissions you grant and is also subject to Planning Center’s policies.

Retention and security

We retain information while your account or organization uses ChartTogether and as reasonably necessary for security, legal, backup, and operational purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can update account information and integration settings within ChartTogether. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Organization content may also be controlled by that organization’s administrators.

Children and changes

ChartTogether is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes. Material updates will be reflected by a revised effective date or another appropriate notice.
